As we move towards the second half of the season let’s pause to see where we are.

Starting with the Open League, our Red team head the League with 52 points from Scalby who have a game in hand. The Blue team lie 6th on 32 points. The Red team play Scalby at home on Wednesday 26th June - the re-arranged fixture from earlier in the season. Also the Red play the Blues in the cup, over 2 legs on 17th and 22nd July. The photos are from the recent Red v Blue league match which the Reds won 6-2

Vets 1 also top the table with 28 points on shots difference from Filey who have played one game less (the postponed game against Vets 2!). Vets 2 are one off the bottom, 5 points ahead with a game in hand.

The Aussie Pairs table makes for interesting reading and shows just how many fixtures have been lost to poor weather. The 10 teams have played from 1 match (South Cliff) to 5 (Filey). South Cliff prop up the table and South Cliff S are 4th.

There is still a lot of matches to come, including those disrupted by the weather. Good luck to all teams for the second half of the season and hope the weather is more favourable!
